This company has my money and will not return an email or call me back after I left several messages.  Are they even in business anymore?  Website shows a copyright of 2025.  I guess I will have to contact BBB and a lawyer.

we recently purchased this hot stick and now have a malfunction with it. it will not turn itself off without removing the batteries. the company has no info on how to contact them or get any support. when attempting to fill out the contact form it tells me there was an error after the fact. i am simply trying to get in contact with customer support to fix this issue. will update my review if they get back to me to fix the problem.

We had product on order with BILLY for over a year we leave voice mails send email's but BILLY doesn't respond. I cannot figure out how to leave a negative star rating.  I have other customers wanting your product but any future calls will result in me badmouthing HOTSTICK USA because they cannot answer a call or email. How are you still in business? You shouldn't be. Sincerely very angry customer at National Safety Inc

I used the Hotstick during my, over thirty years with The Broward Sheriff's Fire Rescue, under Sheriff Al Lamberti. With all the Tropical Storms and Hurricanes in Florida, the "Stick" enabled me to keep my  Firefighers and our citizens, safe. It is such a good a good tool I want to buy one for my personal Trauma Bag. I have aided many motorists when off duty. I could have used the Hotstick for scene safety, on some of them
